We’re a team of 100+ talent communications experts who specialise in marketing, branding and communications designed to help you enhance your employee experience so you can attract, retain and maximise the performance of your people. What makes us unique, is that we can offer an end-to-end solution, from strategy, ideation, execution and even amplification and conversion via paid media – or we can focus on a particular part of the audience journey. how we do it

Everything we do is built around our Meaningful Brands methodology. Devised, developed and implemented right across the Havas network, Meaningful Brands is an approach that enables us to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses and people no matter the challenge or opportunity. It’s also an approach that is backed up by over 12 years of ongoing primary research, giving us a powerful and unique knowledge of what works and what doesn’t. 

WHERE WE DO IT

If we’d have been writing this 18 months ago, we’d have just name dropped our main office locations. Now, with remote working, we’ve got mini-Havas People offices in bedrooms, studies, kitchens and sheds right across the world. Our main hub for APAC is in Sydney, with our HQ in London (King’s Cross) to be precise, then New York is our main hub for the Americas. And we also have our wider Havas network in another 600 locations. So we’re rarely far away – meaning we can be truly local and global.

As our name suggests, we’re part of the Havas Group. Currently the fifth largest marketing communications network in world and comprising some 20,000 people across 100 countries.

So, yes, pretty big.

Inspiring, motivating, developing and retaining your employees has never been more important. And in the current climate nor has it ever been harder. We work in a world of hybrid working, multigenerational workforces and communication overload. They are huge challenges when it comes to reaching your audiences, nurturing culture and building employee engagement. Through our internal comms work, we make sure people take notice and act. It could be something (relatively) straightforward like introducing a new initiative, or perhaps it’s something more business-critical, like culture or behaviour change. Whatever it is we can tackle it.
